Shipping within the European Union​

We are pleased to offer shipping to all countries within the European Union. Below you will find all relevant information about our shipping options and delivery times.

Shipping Costs

Shipping within the EU costs a flat rate of 7 euros up to 2 kg. For orders over 100 EUR, we offer free shipping.

Delivery Times

Delivery times within the EU vary depending on the destination:

  • Germany: 2–4 business days

  • Other EU countries: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary during high order volumes or due to unforeseen delays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

Duties and Taxes

There are no additional duties or import taxes for orders within the EU due to the regulations of the EU single market.

  • USA and Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Australia and New Zealand: 10–15 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Please note that international shipments may experience longer customs processing times, which can delay delivery.
